where it all started...

When kids are asked what they want to be when they grow up, most will say things like: an astronaut, an Olympian, a veterinarian, etc. I've always stood by my answer— Nancy Drew. From the time I could sleuth, I was spying on my older sisters, with spy-gear I'd gotten as Christmas gifts, and asking adults every question under the sun as to why people and life works the way it does.

While I still haven't gotten a solid answer (I'll get back to you), I deeply believe that we all have a transformative purpose on this earth and mine has always been uncovering the truest and most beautiful parts of people, situations and things and reflecting that beauty back to others in a way that uplifts the collective. Armed with my degree in Journalism and English, and fueled by my drive to create, I'm a certified lexiphile - meaning I'm incredibly conscious of the power of words, and understand the weight they carry. I believe our words and how we use them are the greatest responsibilities we have.

some facts about me

>> I’ve never had a PB & J and you can’t make me (I have my reasons!!)

>> At 5 y.o. I was obsessed with the space elevator concept I learned about in Nat. Geo.

>> I’m from south Louisiana and a direct descendent of Beausoleil Broussard— the man who led the first group of Acadians (now called Cajuns) down from Nova Scotia

>> While I’m most definitely a Cajun girlie, I’m also Native American and I’d love to learn more about my ancestors’ tribe!

>> I once ~accidentally~ broke/shattered my nose with my wrist (ouch)

I consider private practice owners to be the change-makers of today’s world – leaders who are brave enough to step up, challenge norms and share their unique perspectives. You’re the ones who dig deeper, who aren’t afraid to question, innovate, and connect in ways that truly make a difference. Maybe you’ve been called unconventional, overly sensitive, or even “too much” by those who don’t get it, but you wouldn’t change a thing. You know that life’s richest moments come from feeling deeply and connecting meaningfully with the people you serve. I get it, because that’s my path, too.

Growing up, I faced significant health struggles. I spent more time in hospitals and recovering from treatments than any child should. That experience left me with a profound understanding of helplessness, but also a burning curiosity about the power of healing. As I grew older, I began to explore the world of holistic and mindful practices, learning that true healing often lies in a balanced approach – embracing both traditional medicine and alternative, holistic methods.

While I started my journey supporting holistic wellness providers exclusively, my passion has evolved. I’m inspired by all types of private practice owners – from therapists and counselors to nutritionists, physical therapists, and beyond. I admire those who guide others toward personal growth, healing, and resilience, no matter the approach. I understand the power of your work, and I’m here to help amplify your message, so you can reach the people who need you most.

why practice owners?

P.S. Whether you’re a wellness enthusiast, a dedicated mental health practitioner or a meticulous professional in another field, I’m here to support your vision!

You’re not just running a business; you’re creating a space for transformation, resilience, and empowerment. And I can’t wait to hear about your journey and how you’re impacting others.

WE’LL GET ALONG IF...

You have ALLL the personality! If you bring the sass, I’ll bring the rest!

You can’t get enough herbal tea, cat snuggles and sunshine yoga.

Your dream home is an English countryside cottage (preferably in the 1800s).

You never get bored or lonely surrounded by books.

The Vampire Diaries is one of your personality traits (same).

You pretend to be the main character of a movie when doing daily, mundane tasks.
